International Operations Statement
NextGen Innovators Inc conducts international charitable activities by partnering with local schools, community organizations, and youth programs in Senegal and West Africa. All international activities are subject to oversight, monitoring, and control by the Board of Directors of NextGen Innovators Inc to ensure compliance with U.S. nonprofit and IRS regulation

This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The corporation’s purpose is to advance youth development by providing educational enrichment, sports and physical development programs, mentorship, leadership training, and community-based initiatives in the United States and internationally, including Senegal and other West African countries.
